I found some of the new LongBeards today, got the 12ga. 3" #5's.
Seen them at Gander Mountain here in Indiana for $24.99 for the same size. I went to another store which is a farm/feed type store and bought a box for $16.99
Whats the average price of these shell?
Kinda thought $8 was a pretty big mark up.
I guess what Im askin is "If the regular price is $24.99" or is there chance that the $16.99 shells were mis-marked? If so then I'll go buy more of those cheaper shell's
$16.99 is a good price. Walmart has them for $18 and change. $25 is too much.
I bought mine for $19.99, which seems to be about the standard price for 3" LB shells.
18.00 for 3" at wallie world here..
Bass Pro was 19.99 for the 3" shells & Wally World was 17.87.
Gander Mountain is higher on EVERYTHING. I swear they think they're special. I don't see how they do business with other outdoor stores in the area.
Anyway, at Bass Pro here, the 3 inch are $19.99 At Academy they're $18.99
The 3" LB loads are $17, 3.5" loads are $23, in mid-America. I got all I want!
Cabelas has the 3 inch on sale for 16.99 and the 3.5 for 20.99
I got the 3" #5s for $19.99 at Dick's. I had a $10 rewards certificate that I needed to use, so I was happy with getting out the door for under $12 out of pocket.

Not on their website. All they show in stock is the 3 inch #6 @ $18.99.
Sounds like they put 3.5" price on 3" shells.
The local Fleet Farm store in my area has 3" #5's only in stock, for $16.99.

It's in their spring sales flyer that came out over the weekend.
