My name is Steve and i am from Montreal, Quebec.
Good to meet y'all! My name is Eric, I am from down near Chatom, AL. I am looking forward to see if I can contribute to this team. Good luck to y'all
Larry, lived and hunted and fished all my life in rural west central, illinois
my job of 35 years was outsourced in the summer of 2012, so i retired at age 59 and have been lovin every minute of it! :z-guntootsmiley:
Sam Pharr, Colcord Oklahoma
Tom Keatley, I live on a farm in Southern WV. I use an 870 Super Mag, and a Longbow. Thanks for having me on the team, ready to knock a bird or two down.
Lee Chadwick from Pooler, GA. I have a Hoyt, but a darned turkey is hard enough to shoot with a scattergun. Therefore, Benelli all the way.
Who's the teams rookie?...years turkey hunting/kills? I'm starting my 6th year turkey hunting at age 30 this upcoming season. In louisiana we only get 2 tags a year and I've filled 8 of the 10 thus far. I've been a long time deer hunter so I'm pretty woods wise but I'm still learning these thunder chickens, but if I end up being the teams "rookie" I'd say y'all lucked up with one that's 80% so far
I've only been at it for 2 years. I've taken 4 birds and have called in maybe 5 or 6 others for friends and my kids. Unfortunately, my kids think they can move around like we're deer hunting and haven't been able to pull the trigger.
Really wish I had started long ago. I spend so much time chasing deer in the fall by the time spring rolls around my honeydo list is like a novel. Now it's "don't do in the spring what you can put off til summer." :goofball: :goofball:
It sure is addicting
I was hardcore deer hunter till I got introduced to turkey hunting at 28 and it's all I think about now kinda of wished I would have started earlier but non of my bunch did it just greatful the father in law got me into it

I wasn't raised up hunting them either. My grandpa did years ago and wanted to get back in it and drug me along and I'm glad he did. I was raised on deer and squirrel hunting
I started at 21 so its my 14th season and like yall I was a deer Hunter for many years before and now dont care much for it if it wasn't for my wife and youngest daughter I dont know if i would deer hunt any more ....turkey hunting is all I really enjoy as far as hunting

I have been Turkey hunting for 30 years off and on. I got back into it in a big way about 12 years ago and love it as much as I do bowhunting. Not sure how many I have killed, but it has been quite a few.
I was Seven the first time I went with Dad, Took a gun when I was 9, Killed my first at 15, and now I'm 36. Seen a lot, forgot some, and learned a little.
I am starting my 21st season this year. I too got a late start at 29
This is my 23rd season since being introduced to it. The first one I shot I was 12 with the help of my uncle. The first I called up and shot all by myself I was 15. I am 31 now, I didn't start getting serious about it until about 19-20 . Until then I only went about 8-10 mornings per year at the most. From 19-20 on it's been every chance I get, morning, midday or evening it don't matter.
