The Bama and South Georgia guys should be. I live in the wrong part of SC.  We don't start till the 1st.

One would have to think why in the world would a man give up a day of turkey hunting to fish.  Much less pick up conchs. :TooFunny:

Alright, for us mountain boys, please explain "conch fritters".
I've had corn fritters, or cheese and grits fritters, but no conch.
Are they like a big ol' oyster or something ? Cause I can get into eating some of that......
