Title: Need sights
Post by: Canteathorns on March 04, 2014, 09:58:54 PM
I am in need of a set of low profile adjustable iron sights that can clamp to the rib of my 870 , I can spend 50- 60 $ . I have a set of Williams sights but they set so high  I have to lift my face off the stock . Any help would be greatly appreciated

I have the Williams Fire Sights on all of my turkey guns and although they do sit high on the rib, I don't have to raise my cheek off of the stock to shoot them.

A comb raising kit might help with those high sitting sights. I have used a beartooth neoprene sleave and some pipe insulation cut in half that worked just fine.

Take that 50-60 $ and buy you a shur shot stock for the 870. Should set you up perfectly with the iron sights. :anim_25:

Pipe foam insulation and some cloth camo tape keeps my girls sight picture good.
