I have one of these in my NEF 10ga... And it's a .695... Do you guys think it will pattern HW #7's ???

I never shot the heavyweight out of mine but I did shoot the federal lead 5s with flight control wads and it produced beautiful patterns so yes I say you will break 200 with it

Rock - so the ports on this choke don't bother the FCW??  I have that choke for my SP-10 and those shells....  was wanting to give them a go as they are 1) available and 2) affordable.

No the ports on that choke doesn't have any affect on the wad. I actually thought about keeping it for the federal heavyweight and fcw lead but my kicks shot everything so well I didn't really need it
