I called in this fine public land Osceola for my nephew yesterday morning!
11 1/4" beard
1 3/8", 1 7/16" spurs
He is now ruined as this was his first gobbler!
We heard him the first time at 7 then worked him for almost 2 hours. Seems like he gobbled about 100 times answering everything I threw at him! It was a super exciting hunt in the central FL swamp!

Might be too late now, but the state of Florida recoginizes all Osceola Gobblers shot with over a 11" beard along with spurs over 1 1/4" as a trophy bird. Would make a nice certificate for him to have, and his name being listed on the registry. This is a true trophy by Osceola standards. Good job.
Thanks for all the congrats! Jay, we got the registration app filled out, thanks.
