Title: Hunting blind turkey call shelf
Post by: allchokedup on February 24, 2014, 12:33:47 PM
I wanted to organize my hunting blind this year with a turkey call shelf. I looked over the internet and just could not find one that I really liked. So, I made my own. I glued felt to the bottom to help with noise and also glued some Scotch Brite pads for my strikers to sit on. I made a bracket to hang the shelf to the hub post and it fits real snug. I installed a couple of hooks in the front and ordered some cup holders , but they haven't arrived yet. Its not the prettiest thing , but it works.
Here's a few pics.
Later, Choke

Thats pretty cool. You should post up how to build it in the DIY section as I could use one myself.

Thanks,
It's real simple. Just need some 1x6. 1x2, glue, felt. I bought the metal bracket , #4 finish nails and 1 1/4" screws at Lowes. If you need any info give me pm.
Thanks, David

That works for me too. I usually just sit everything on a milk crate.
