I've used double beads for many years on my turkey rig, I've never really cared for it but I dealt with it. I'm going to get some easy to see fiber optics. Which one do you folks recommend? Is just a front sight the way to go or do you like having a rear sight also? I have a vent rib barrel so it would have to work with that. Thanks for y'all's input.
Trueglo pro series magnum gobbledot.
Williams fire sights are nice too.

X 2 Here, I have them on three guns. The best out there....
My choice would also be the Truglo Magnum Gobble Dot or the Williams
Another vote for the TruGlo pro series magnum gobble dot.
I've had the Williams on my 835 for 4 years or more without a single problem. Love em' !!! :icon_thumright:
I put the dead ringer beard buster on my gun last week and really like it so far.
I just installed this one, and like it so far.

I have the williams' firesights on my 935 and they work great. Both the williams and the truglo's are really good fiber optic sights. I would go with the williams though because they are cheaper and they are universal for all vent rib sizes where as the truglo's you have to order the correct size for your rib. That way down the road if you want to take them off one gun you can put them on another gun and not have them sitting there collecting dust.
I forgot to add that with the williams sights, you can order the ghost ring for the rear sight from brownells for $8 and still be cheaper than the truglo sights.
Williams for me as well as they are what came on the 870 from factory.
have any of you had any issues with the back ramp not being able to adjust far enough with the Williams?
