What choke would you recommend for an 835 and 3" Magblend?

When I tried the 3" out of my 20" 835 I was getting 140-150 with a pure gold 670.

Now the # went up alot (209) with the 3.5.  I did not try the 3" out of a Jellyhead but the 3.5 put me in the 220 ' s with the same gun--I know you did not ask but threw that out as a comparison.
