Title: Colorado help
Post by: dlewis82nd on February 18, 2014, 05:07:13 AM
I am wanting to try hitting Colorado this year for a bird, I'm wondering if anyone has any experience or information on where a good over the counter tag spot might be. I've heard good things about Spanish peaks but would like more info if anyone has any to give.

My buddies had some good hunting on the Colorado/Utah border just North and East of the town of  Lasal, Utah last year.  We are going to try it again this year.  I believe the area is accessed via the Dark Canyon road.  Sorry, pretty vague description but that's all I've got till I go with them this year.
