Title: Best mount and setup for FFIII Vinci
Post by: super186 on February 10, 2014, 11:53:18 PM
Good evening. Got a question. Looking to get the FFIII and am wondering what you feel would be the best mounting system for a 28" super Vinci? The gun is not a dedicated turkey gun so the Burris will be coming on and off.

Thanks

:thanks:

I have a 3" vinci and I use a warne base with a  bushnell trs 25.If you get a warne 2 piece base for the sbe2 and just use the rear one it makes for a clean low mount. Will work with the ff3 and picatinny mounting base. Then it will be easy to remove sight when not wanted.            :welcomeOG:

I went with the Weaver multi-slot base.

I like the idea of a full base for security, and for the option of changing optics.

I just received the protector, which I will add this week.

I have more than one turkey gun, but the SV is the leader of the pack for now, fits me really well...
