I have found that CVA is selling a 20 gauge "turkey" gun in their scout line of guns. I have called every retailer in my area and no one knows what I'm talking about. All they know is that the CVA scout only comes in centerfire rifle calibers. Can anyone help me locate one? Thanks in advance.
I didn't know they were selling a turkey gun, the only shotguns I was aware of were the 12ga and 20ga models with rifled slug barrels. Where did you hear about the turkey gun?

0oops... I saw your reply. That looks like a neat single shot. I'd like to see the whole gun myself. Im lookin around for a new 20 as well. That looks like it may be the one. Let me know if you find one. Theres nothing on there web page. :anim_25:
I picked my CVA 20 gauge turkey gun at Academy Sports and Outdoors. If was the first one I'd seen. I haven't had a chance to shoot it yet.
I'm pleased with the feel and trigger on the gun. It has a real nice trigger and a great feel to it.
If the choke is any good, it's truly ready to put a sight and sling on and hunt. Picatinny rail comes on it and it has integral sling swivel mounts. I'll try to get a pic of the whole gun up soon.
I have the Federal HW 7's in now but the weather hasn't been good for sighting in and patterning yet.
Edit to add photo. While trying to crop my wife's bra out of the picture on the bed :bike2:...it looks pretty thick and bulky but it's not. It's a sleek, good feeling little gun. The barrel has a pretty thick wall, the extended choke has a smaller diameter than the barrel. I like the balance.(http://i777.photobucket.com/albums/yy58/TailFeathers105/IMG_0172_zps4718a230.jpg) (http://s777.photobucket.com/user/TailFeathers105/media/IMG_0172_zps4718a230.jpg.html)

How long is the stock?
I haven't had a chance to check, but it feels like 13" LOP. I like the feel, and my 4'11" grandson said it fit good. He loved it. It's not a full length stock, I'm sure. If memory serves, it's a 22" barrel.
I'll try to measure and get more pics up tomorrow.
good looking turkey gun
Thanks surehuntsalot.
I found this CVA blog that mentions it right at the end.
