Title: 500 choke in 535

hey folks i think i know the answer to my question but im wanting to make sure so my question is can the mossberg 500 choke fit the 535  and if so what choke would yall reccomend im shooting federal #5s 2 oz load and or fiocchi 2 3/8 oz #5s sorry if someones already posted this before

yep they interchange and if those fed have flight control wad I would try the factory choke first then a 660 trulock , or Carlson nonported

Both of those guns use the same thread type, Win-Choke, Invector and AccuChoke are all the same.

There are a number of brands of chokes made with those thread patterns and several that will do well with those guns.

Are you shooting Federal shells with the Flitecontrol Wad?

I can't help you with those Fiocchi shells. I've shot any with that particular load.

thanks for the quick reply guys  there the federal mag shok lead i believe they have the flight control wad oh and the factory turkey choke is a .670 xx full non ported

deep clean or polish that barrel and I would about guess any nonported 660-665 choke would give good patterns with those feds good luck :turkey2:

thanks guys im goin to deep clean it this weekend the reason why i asked a buddy of mines got a .660 trulock hed sell me for 20 bucks its never been used its for a 500
