Title: shotgun hull owl hooter

Does anyone know who makes the owl hooter made out of a shotgun shell hull? I think he might be out of Arkansas not sure. If anyone knows I'd appreciate it.

The only one I know of was critter getter game calls. They had a reed style hooter based on a 3.5 inch 10 gauge shell. To my knowledge they are no longer around. They were out of NC.

I thought maybe Mark Prudomme's might have been made like that, with a rubber hose as well. He's with K&H and in SC.

 I have a Critter Gitter made with a 10 ga. brass & wood, not from the hull. You want it? It takes a lot of air pressure to blow it but it sounds good.
