Title: Bushnell TRS-25 can hold zero
Post by: JellyHead Key on January 27, 2014, 02:50:13 PM
Thanks BOFF for the tips in sighting in my scope. I went step for step on the sticky you have up on how to sight in a scope and it worked flawlessly. The 40 yard pattern looks great as well, I'm using some cheap 3" Remington turkey loads until my Hevi-13s 3-2-7 come in the mail. I shot about 20 rounds today because it's the first time I've got to shoot my new gun but boy, the TRS-25 was dead on every shot after I got it sighted in. I know it's only 20rds but those 3" shells were giving it a lot of recoil and it didn't phase it.

15yds away using 2 3/4"

First shot on right
Second shot up top
Third shot on bottom
And she was good to go!

Awesome! It's a great little sight for the money.Put a lot of 3"mags thru my 7lb vinci, no problems handling the recoil.Glad you got it dialed in.Looks like your ready for spring!

Yeah I couldn't be happier with it. Bad thing is I lost the windage cap in some leaves today. I contacted Bushnell and their customer service was great. They are sending me another in 7-10 days.

Hey Jelly Head what gun are you using? I'm wanting to get the same scope I think, I also want to see how you have it mounted if you can... Im planning on putting one on a 935 mossy.
