Title: Smoking A Deer Ham.
Post by: redarrow on January 18, 2014, 10:04:29 AM
Out of respect for my southern friends (Yeah you Catdaddy) I use the proper terminology of "Deer Meat" versus that yankee term "Venison"

Another deer season has come and gone and I didn't get to try smoking a deer ham. Maybe next year. Anyway after searching and searching I finally found the proper instruction and recipes I had been looking for. If you smoke meat or do your own butchering this is a great site

Thanks for the link.  Their products are first rate.  I'd love to have one of their grinders.
