Here is a Persimmon (man I love this wood for lids!!) over Black Cherry built as a gift for a father to his son who took his 1st gobbler last season. I asked Dad if he was present on the hunt, "yes" he said, but his proudest moment came when the son then hunted the next day alone, but saw nor heard anything, not discouraged he hunted the day after that and took his 2nd longbeard by himself. I do believe we have to makings of a new turkey thug in Kentucky--way to show him the way dad!!

Beautiful looking call.......... I love how you even incorporated into the burning the shadow of the gobbler, dust plain AWESOME art work and I am sure it sounds as good as it looks!!!!
Austin, Shadows can be a little tricky, but having them makes all the difference in making the image/scene believable IMO. Thanks for noticing.

That's an awesome looking call and I too noticed the shadow . The shadows in it does add to the realism. Great job and that's a great success story and YEP looking like we have another new hunter also !!
