Bass Pro now sells their own version, I gave one to my dad for Christmas. Other than the style of camo and longer shoulder strap it's 99% exact.

Was $24.99 two weeks ago, now it's $29.99 but they do have it in stock.

try your wally world that's where we bought ours, may have to wait until trk season ours don't stock them year round

If you can't find the Lounger, check out the ALPS Mountaineering Turkey chair.  They are very well built, solid framed and very comfortable.  Several sites have them for around $32 to $34.  I LOVE mine.
