depends on budget. I cant help with chokes for that gun but as far as shells go the 3" hevi-shot #6s are hard to beat but are pricey. Winchester Double Xs (#5s or 6s) are a pretty good load thats a little more budget friendly

Now if you want to spend the money the HV13 is top.

I have a Kicks GT, .655 I believe, in my 500 that has a 28" barrel, it shoots well with the Double X 3" 5's.  I am waiting on others that have ported chokes to post some pics before I try the new Longbeard load from Win.

In my experience it all depends upon the design or internal geometry. It's what's going on inside that choke that makes the difference.

That's why a .660-.665 in one brand may work very well while another exit diameter may work well in another brand.

I shoot a number of different brands of chokes and evaluate them in many different guns. I do the same with shotshells.

It helps to "deep clean" your barrel regardless of what choke of shell you use.
