Have you tried Colonial Arms. They claim to have been the manufacturer of the original Star Dot. They still make it but they call it by another name.
Haven't called them yet. Kinda wanting to see if someone on here has one of the old ones they wanna get rid of. If not, I will call them. Had my eye on them for a couple of years. Just haven't purchased one yet.
