Title: temps and pellet counts
Post by: Wingmaster on March 10, 2011, 08:32:21 PM
How much difference does the temparture make on pellet counts.
If I'm getting 190's in 40 degrees.  What can I expect in 60 degrees?

I shot this weekend in 32 deg with rain snow mix and my count was down from around 200 to 150 with my 20ga that I know well enough to predict.

Temp and humidity are big factors. Expect 230s possibly in 60 degree .!90s is smoking for 40 degree weather.
