Here is another Turpin box I just completed out of mahogany that I salvaged from an old table found in an 1850's farmhouse in Greene county , Ohio. The lid is redheart and this one has all that classic Turpin bark that they are known for. The left rail has an old Gobbler and the right rail is a sweet sultry hen . And of course she has a whopper of a gobble in her too . Thanks for the look .
