I was looking to buy a custom pot call as well as a box call. Wondering of anyone had any suggestions. I have never owned a custom call and want to upgrade from mass produced calls. Thanks for any help you send my way.
Jeff
Each builder has their profession and excels at certain calls, so a little more info is needed from you Jeff. In pot calls there are Slate, Glass, Aluminum, Titanium, Copper. In Box calls there are Long boxes, Short boxes, Turpins, Gibsons. A little more info will help people send you to the builders that excel in what your looking for.

Thanks for offering te help guys. I was thinking a copper pot perhaps. Never used one but heared they are great and I don't know anyone in my area that uses one. As for the box call I have always used long boxes but open to suggestions. My price range is about $75 for each I would think. Thanks again !!

$75 should get you about any pot call and even $50 will get you some really good ones. You are going to pay more for a good box call usually. It will be hard to beat an Albert Paul box. Good luck!

For a pot call you can't beat Mr Sneed hot hen slate or his green glass call and madhatter calls make a good pot for box call I think it would be hard to beat a hen box by Mr Hudson and Mr Paul make a fine box and Mr Helm makes a good box call
