Finished up this purple heart slate over glass today...with a persimmon striker...

Beautiful pot and striker.  How do you like the persimmon striker? I have some beautiful persimmon that I been turning into duck calls.  One of my next projects is a pot call and striker.

Persimmon makes a fine striker..plays well on most surfaces...im still dryin some bigger stuff...got a tree from a friend..biggest persimmon i ever saw...
