Title: 665 and 660 JH
Post by: Wingmaster on March 10, 2011, 09:58:18 AM
I probably already know how most of you will answer but I will ask anyway.
I've been shooting Nitro 4x5x7 through a JH .665.  I'm going to try the H-13 #7s.  How big a difference is their in the #'s of the 660 and 665 jellyhead.  Also what is the constriction on the Rem.  Tight wad.
I have the 665 jh, tightwad, and Rem SF.  Shotting an 1187 and 870.

I have got a 660 on the way to try, got 216 out of the 665 jelly head with the 3.2.7s. hope it does better with the 660. this is out of a 21 inch tube.

You can expect 250-300 with the .660 tube.

I've been wondering the same question about my 870 super mag. I have a 26" barrel. Last year I shot Hevi-13 3-1/2" #6 through a .660 Titewad with good numbers. This year I'd like to try the JH chokes and see if I could get any improvement. I also may switch to #5 shot this year. What Jelly Head would be a better fit if I wanted to shoot #5?
