Title: Benelli comfort tech stock disassembly?
Post by: reynolds243 on July 07, 2013, 11:08:11 AM
Does anyone know how easy or hard it is to disassemble a comfort tech stock getting the rubber parts out?

I am looking to dip my SBE2 and was trying to save money by doing that part myself if it was easy to do. Any info or instructions would be great!

Evidently not very difficult....my M2 20 gauge recoil pad fell out while dove hunting last season.  Just a side note....DO NOT fire a shotgun without a recoil pad of some sort.  It is very painful even with a field loaded 20 ga.  I found that out when the next bird flew by after my recoil pad fell out of my gun.

The recoil pad is not the issue, the internal rubber is more the question.
