Watched 5 strutters this afternoon. WOW!!!! Two more weeks and hopefully one of these guys will be an early participant in our contest. Best one looked to have about 10+ inches of beard. Even had a bearded hen running with them for the early part of the afternoon

I seen a few (35) myself today while riding around on my lunch break. There were 2 or 3 all puffed up and showing off, but they were still in a big ol' wad. I still have about 29 days to go.................... :emoticon-animal-005:

Haven't been out checking recently -too much rain and mud. More snow coming tonight. Hope the birds have a good layer of fat!
