Here is a walnut pot with Corian over Corian. This is the first time I made a Corian surface pot call. I was surprised that it sounded as good as it did. Soundfile at the bottom.

That call sounds great! even has nice kee-kee's. Seems to be a good all around surface. Very nice job.
Do you plan to try other woods or do you feel that walnut is good? Maybe a canarywood? Would this corian be resistant to humidy ?
Yes Corian would be resistant to humidity. The surface will play with some moisture on it and a waterproof striker. Remember that the pot is wood so if it gets too wet the wood could swell and affect the sound.

Looks and sounds great. When do you think you'll have them on your website?
I don't know if I'll put them on my site. I'll make them if people want to buy them but I don't want to push them. They are alot of trouble because you have to make the playing surface.
