went "Junk Shopping" today and picked this up from a little lady who says her Uncle used it in Alaska while he hunted up there. He passed on, but she wanted domeone to have the knife and use it, so I bought it, not saying how much.... but it has a makers mark JPARKS .... I can only find James Parks knives, but no online information, as his site is down. Anyone ever hear of him? Or his knives? pappy (forgot to mention it is 11 - 1/2" in length and has a 5 - 1/2" blade. the handle is what I believe to be Red Stag, the sheath looks like a Randall but not certain.)

I don't have any information on them but they look like really nice knives. Those were a great find.

thanks for the postings but I am thinking this is a Georgian knife maker. Looks like he made knives back in the 60's - 70's. Doing more research, it is one hunk of steel let me tell ya....
