Title: Turkey burgers
Post by: Rapscallion Vermilion on May 29, 2013, 10:36:46 PM
I used the drumsticks and thighs of my Kansas Rio to make turkey burgers.  I coarse ground the chilled meat 3:1 with some very fatty bacon for a binder and added some Dizzy Pig dry rubs.  I ended up with about 3 lbs of burger. They were out of this world good.
