Well after 4 days of hunting 2 with my daughter with the Gobblers doing everything but cooperating :( I finally was able to make something happen.Unfortunately my daughter had to return to school and when two long beards decided to pay a visit I was waiting and shot the bigger of the 2. He weighed 24lbs had 2 beards a 9" and a 7" and had 1 1/4 spurs....his buddy had a longer beard but when I saw the that this one had 2 I shot him instead. Still have time and 1 more tag left and with any luck will be able to put one in front of my daughter and maybe we can double :icon_thumright:.......still have 4 studs on the property that I know of so we will see, Good luck to all !.

Go ahead and double up with your daughter with a couple of those studs up there...and then you can sit back and say " Man, we are the king and queen of the woods around here!" What a season you have already had, God has been good to you...better give thanks to the maker. Beautiful bird..congrats.
