Finally got around to putting this picture up. Had a great time again hunting the Daniel Boone National Forest . Killed him opening day at 1:30 10'' beard 17.8 pounds had one spur broke off. It was definatley tougher this year they seemed really henned up(http://i1123.photobucket.com/albums/l542/Turkey85/DSCN0055_zpscdde0a19.jpg) (http://s1123.photobucket.com/user/Turkey85/media/DSCN0055_zpscdde0a19.jpg.html)

Thanks guys It was was a lot different than last year. Last year I wouldn't hear hardly anything till about 9am then they would get fired up in 2 days my buddy and I killed 3 birds shoulda been 4 but I missed one. This year they would gobble like crazy on the roost and it would get quieter as the morning went on. They all seemed to have hens with them except for the one I killed and the one that was with him. They came in pretty quick from first contact till bang time it was probably 20 min.We ended up hunting the next 2 days without killing any I was trying to help my buddy get one got close a couple times. All in all I had a lot of fun and learned a lot.
