Title: Good start for WV
Post by: earlybird on April 22, 2013, 06:10:13 PM
Got a nice 2yr old this morning to start my WV season off good. The weather was the best its been on opening day for quite some time here in the mtns.8 1/2"beard and 7/8" spurs, kind of light at 17lbs.This one was my 3rd set up for the morning, first one  had someone come in and get between me and the bird i had roosted, they ended up chasing him off so i went after #2 but he didnt even gobble,so off to #3,he gobbled his head off until he got to 30yds.Finally got to break in the new bps. ;D
