Title: Kansas weather?
Post by: dawgfrombama on April 10, 2013, 10:53:48 AM
Anyone think the snow today will hurt the hunting in KS this weekend?  I'm leaving tomorrow night and hunting Fri-Mon.  Its supposed to warm up Friday and I'm hoping  the hunting will still be good.  Regardless I'm looking forward to it.

At least the ticks and skeeters should be manageable.  ;)

Just wait until I show up the week of the 22nd!

Expect flooding, locusts, hail, the plague, and whatever else I can bring with me...

here around in the Hillsboro/Newton area we are covered in ice. Trees, grass, fencing, you name it. Everything is encased in ice. I can't even imagine being a turkey in this weather...

Actually I'm headed to the Newton/Whitewater area.  It should thaw out by friday ;D.  Hopefully it wont mess the turkeys up to bad.  I'm ready to bust me one of those big ole longbeards out there.
