Title: Fawn still has spots
Post by: barry on April 05, 2013, 06:03:51 PM
This is from one of our trail cams here in VA
Yes, it's a whitetail fawn.
No, the photo has not been doctored.
How crazy is this?

I saw a deer a couple days ago while listening for gobblers that wasn't much bigger than that one only it didn't have spots. I was wondering what was going on also.

Its unusual here in NY as well. Our fawns are no where near as big as that one this time of the year. If I seen one with spots right now it would be very small....
