I am going to buy a couple boxes of these from SKFOOTER and was wondering how they shoot for you guys that use/have used them?
I will be running them in my 935. I am going to get a new choke in May (after season) - probably a ST 675, Kicks 680 or an IC 675. What kind of numbers should I expect from these at 40? I plan to shoot 40 max with these loads.
I'd be interested to try them myself but I would be hesitat to shoot them past 30.

Lead 7.5s have plenty of energy to 35. The pattern should be there in spades.

Trust me. They're deadly past that. ;)

shot then for several years, talk about a turkey smoking load :icon_thumright:
How about a .410load in 3in. rem, 11/16 oz. of 7.5's,do they have enough power to kill a turkey at 30 yards?

They have plenty of penetration at 30. Makes no difference if those 7.5s come out of a .410 or a 10 ga, provided they are moving at the same velocity. The question is, will you have enough pattern density? Only way to know is to shoot and see. When pattern numbers fall below 100 in a 10" circle, you have reached max range, and that will certainly be inside the penetration limit for 7.5s.

My single shot Italian 410 with a 27" Full barrel will put 105 3" 7.5's in the 10" at 30 yards consistently. It stays between 99 and 109.
After I kill 4 of my 5 here in Bama, I will take it to finish out my limit.
Mine is a Rossi, modified choke,it has killed snipes and doves at 40+ yrds,it shoot 00 and 000buck tight out to 40yds,gonna try them 7.5"s on paper.

The Winchester loads patterned better for me, and I know for a fact they will at least kill at 13 yards. :icon_thumright:
I keep waiting to see a pattern pic of the old Federal 3-2-7.5 load.

You won't see them from me...
Keith and I didn't make the deal. I found 20 Nitro's a buddy had that he wanted to sale and I bought them. I really wasn't in a position to buy more shells right then and Keith really wasn't wanting to move them anyway...
