I was wondering as I have read mixed comments, I have a Remington Super Full Choke that states lead only. I was wondering if I can shoot Federal HW #7s with this choke. THANKS!!

As long as your not shooting steel shot through it, you should be fine.

What are the stated constrictions for each of those chokes??? :OGturkeyhead:

I use my lead only rsf 20 ga choke with Federal Heavyweights and Hevi.Shoots very well with the Heavyweights. The constriction of that choke is .572
