Great numbers, a little patchy, but it will kill a bird any day.
Maybe a deep cleaning of the the barrel would help, if you have not done so already.

Agreed, it is a bit patchy. But I don't see a turkey surviving that at 40 yds.

Although good numbers, I am going to have to agree with FC. It looks like it is overchoked and blowing the pattern. That is the classic look where you have bunches of shot together then noticeable holes. That is the problem with the SSX .550. For some people it shoots great and some not so much. Heck, in my gun it would look good one shot and the next it would be terrible. It will kill turkeys, but the SSX is just not a consistent thrower of a good pattern IMO. I do suggest people to try it because it is so cheap, but it's not always a good value for everyone. If you step up to a good quality choke like Indian creek or Sumtoy, you will see good even patterns and they will shoot the same every time.
