I've got six rounds of Winchester XRHD 6's left from my old setup and was wondering how they'd do through my .660 jelly head if I happen to run out of hevi 7's while in the boondocks. I was getting 170+ from the WinXRHD 6's through a Kicks GT .665, think the jelly head might be too tight??
Doubt it. I understand that shell likes to be choked down. JH .660 should do well.

I think 170 is a heck of a hunting pattern if you ask me. I'm not sure I'd want it any tighter than that especially if your 20" circle is even.
Prob is, I sold the kicks choke last year so the jelly head is all I got
I think you probably will be good with the JH .660. I have patterned that load with the JH, but can't seem to find the picture, but I do remember is being good. Keep in mind that those Win XRHD's will knock the crap out of a turkey so you don't have to have as high a number in the 10". Unfortunately they will knock the crap out of your shoulder too. :o
My experience was not so good with that shell. I used a Moss 535, 20" barrel and Jellyhead .660
