My IC choke tube cracked .665.Shooting win supreme 3" #5.Has anybody else had this problem?
Kevin
Yes. If I remember correctly, they had a run with some bad steel or something. I would contact them and ask for a replacement.
I've read on several forums of them cracking. Supposedly the newer ones don't have any issues.
They will replace it with the new Stainless Steel model. I have 2 old ones and a new one. The old ones have probably had 50 or so rounds each without cracking. If one ever does, I'll just ask them to replace it. No big deal I suppose?
Is there any way to tell by looking at the choke itself if it was an older one or a newer stainless steel model??
