Title: 1187 Speedbead work on a 870?

I have a Burris FF ii and a Speedbbead for a 1187 can I make it work on an 870?

Assuming you are talking 12 gauge to 12 gauge, it is my understanding that yes they are interchangeable. See this link for more info.

No they use different mounts.  Can you make it work?  I'm not really sure.

Thanks for the info, I've got the FFii with no mount for the 870 and the speed bead for 1187 and no 1187...season just around the corner and eyes to old to see front sight. Hopefully Picatinny Protector will show up in time:)
