One of my biggest thrills of the year is youth week, our birds in Ms arent ready yet and it has been tuff sledding. Unlike last year when they were in full swing during the first week. But my son Jake had a father and daughter team in a good spot we knew held at least 2 long beards.

We got up extra early and got to our spot and waited and waited and waited , no gobbles. Well past flydown time the reason became apparent. A full load of 20ga. thumping power in the face. did the trick.
