Title: Season over
Post by: EASY on March 10, 2013, 10:30:49 AM
My season maybe over a month before it started. I work for a utility company and got ran over by a truck on Tuesday. It broke my knee and won't know how bad everything else is until tomorrow when doc reads the MRI.

Hate to hear that, hopefully it won't take as long as you think to recover. Don't lose hope for hunting season though. Run and gun might not be an option, but if you have some easy access areas that birds are using you can slip in, sit down and call every so often. If the gobblers are around, eventually one of them will come check you out. Good luck.

Dang EASY!!! That sucks! I too work for a utility company(phone). I know how quick things can happen! My season is 3 weeks away and I know how bummed I would be, so I feel your pain! If I had that happen to me I would get suspended from work and an entry in my record regardless of who was at fault! Keep your head up and good Luck with the MRI. I pray for your quick recovery and maybe you can find out who your true friends are cause they can take you to the woods and help you around!
