Title: help! stripped screw in burris ff

i put my ff 3 on the picatinny mount put loctite on the screws and snugged em. i turned them jus a lil more and i mean a little and one of em free spins now! its not loose jus wont really get tight. the other screw is just fine. what do i need to do

I did the same thing two nights ago with my new truglo. I went to the hardware store and got a slightly longer screw. I don't know if you have more thread deeper down or not but it fixed mine. It is worth a shot. Cost me 40 cents. Good luck.

I did the same thing. I emailed Burris, and they sent me a new mount, no charge.
I would contact them. Best customer service in the industry! :icon_thumright:

I did the same with mine. I contacted Burris customer service and they sent me a new 1 free. They are the best at backing there products. The picatinny base is aluminum and they strip very easy. It would be nice if they could give a torque # for these screws.
