Howdy folks! I decided pretty much on a whim to try my hand at turkey hunting this year. I expect poor results, but hey, it beats sitting on the couch! I've been lurking here a couple of weeks, and I appreciate you guys' willingness to share some of the tricks of the trade to us newbies. Now, if y'all don't mind, I'll take my coffee and go back to my corner, and keep on listenin' and trying to learn.
welcome. what part of sc? i split my time hunting in the spartanburg and laurens area.
I live near Pelzer, just south of Greenville - but I'll be hunting on my hunt club's lease down outside of Aiken, at least this year. I have a bit of family land in Newberry county that I might end up on a day or two as well, but I really haven't had the time to scout it out well enough, so that's probably out.
