Yes and no. In Federal®'s case only the Turkey load (Mag-Shok®) has the Flitecontrol® wad; the Pheasant loads have the older Triple-Plus® Wad column, so the answer is No. In Remington® OTOH, the Nito-Turkey® and Nitro-Pheasant are the same except for plating the shot. The Nitro Magnum™ and Nitro-Turkey® the are same exact loads except for differing shot sizes. So in Remington®'s case the answer is Yes. Fiocchi® doesn't make 20ga Turkey loads, but does in 12ga (Turkey Thunder™). The shot used in the 12ga Turkey loads; is the same shot used in the 12, 16, 20, & 28ga Golden Pheasant™ loading so here the answer is also Yes. As for Winchester® Turkey vs Pheasant loadings, it's anybody's guess.
