looking for  some input on shells using this size choke, Moss. 835 , been shoot reg. federal 3.5 6s, like to try some of the newer kind of shells like hevi, fed. heavy weight, etc.  thanks for any info, or if you have the same set up, any info

I shot a madd .680 choke in an 835 for a few seasons. I shot the 3.5" Hevi 6's and got great patterns.
It didn't put up super high numbers (180ish), but the pattern was always nice and evenly distributed.

It shoots lead 5's great also.

I shot a pattern last year with this same exact choke with the Hevi-13 3.5" 2.25oz #6 load, and it put like 235 shot in the 10".  The only problem was I couldn't get it to repeat close to that one.  But the patterns were still very good.  I think it's a good # 6 choke.  Don't know if I ever tried the 7's, but I'm almost sure I would have.
