Title: Benelli recoil Pad?
Post by: Borden811 on February 28, 2013, 01:57:24 PM
Hey guys, does Simms, or anyone make a soft rubber recoil pad for on the steady grip stocks. I hate that concrete-like Devil hammer of a pad that comes on them. If so, does anyone have the part number handy?

I think you are probably stuck with a Limbsaver slip-on...

Yeah, I can find them for the regular stocks, but not the steady grip. I figured someone here might know a secret or something. The pad looks the same as the original on my dads M1S90. And I know they make ones that fit that. I'll have to get them side by side and see if they are the same dimensions I guess.

Apparently they are new. I just ordered one. I'll report back when it get here, and I see how it fits. They make the same thing for the regular SBE steady grip too.

I would have kept my steadygrip if they had that when I had it. Nice find

I traded in my rock hard Benelli Steady Grip pad for the Sims pad.  Nice, neat, tight fit (just like Dick's hat band!).  2 minute simple install.  Makes a huge difference.
