Looking for a choke for my Benelli M2 using 3" Hevi 13 #7 shot. Any suggestions for that gun/load combination? I realize I'll need to pattern them to test them out but with the price of chokes theses days, I'd prefer to start with one that has been tried out with decent results.
Thanks,
Mike
Indian Creek, And Jelly head have been my two best, and a Wright's No. 3 is right there in the mix as well. If I was to pick only one, It would be the indian Creek.
What constriction did you use on the indian creek?
.665
I shoot the hevishot choke in my SBE2 and get awesome results with the #7's.
Indian Creek BDS .665" can't be beat in my Benelli M1S90's...

Hey Mike,
We were pretty overwhelmed at the Convention by folks who'd been using the Wright's #3 and came by the booth to tell us about their results with it.
It's certainly one to consider.
Thanks,
Clark
660 to 665 will make her talk. ST or IC or may see what PG got.
I have the m1 and shoot ssx with hevi 7s. I posted my pattern last year in the psttern section
I have a M2 coming with 21" barrel, same situation. I may be leaning on going with the blend over the pure #7. Can't you reach out a bit further with the blend?
Indian Creek 665 !!!!
