Shot my 870 21" this morning since we had some nice weather.
Temp: 59 degrees
Distance: 42 yards lasered
Choke: SumToy 562-5
Load: Hevi-13 3/1.25/6
It put 135 pellets in a 10 inch circle and 30 of those were in the spine/brain area of the turkey target. I still can't believe the type patterns these 20's are capable of with the right choke and HTL load. I have 9 more full boxes of this Lot # of Hevi 13 #6's. I think that it ought to kill a turkey...

That is good numbers. That is the Federal choke also.

That is good numbers. That is the Federal choke also.
I want to try some Federal 7's in it, but I have too much HTL already purchase for the 20 gauge to keep experimenting. I believe the Fed 7's would push into the 160 - 170 range with this choke.
That pattern will kill all day long...
